Your Invitation Card is the central piece of your Invitation Suite. On top of being the first impression of your wedding style/tone that you'll leave guests with, it includes more practical information such as: who is hosting, who will be married, when they will be married, and where they will be married.
specifications
Invitation Card (5 x 7 inches)
Envelope (5.25 x 7.25 or 5.5 x 7.5 inches) with digital return address printing on the flap
how many to order
We recommend ordering 10-15 more than is on your address list, in case of any lost/damaged/returned pieces in the mail, or last-minute guest additions. Please note that the quantity that you need to mail is not the same as your guest count, as multiple guests may live in one household.
What to include in your suite
It is essential that you have an accurate count of how many guests will attend your wedding. We suggest including information on how guests can submit a response (either via a website URL that you include on an Info/Details Card, or a Response Card + Envelope that guests can mail in) on whether they will/will not be attending.
In addition to including response information, we suggest adding one or more Info/Details Cards with additional information such as your website URL, accommodations, weekend events, and reception or ceremony details.
Wording assistance
We provide wording assistance to our Ready-Made Collections clients. Within 15 minutes after your purchase, you will receive an email including questionnaires for us to collect your wording content.
When to mail your suite
We suggest mailing your Invitation Suite 2 months ahead of your wedding date. If the majority of your guests will be traveling from out-of-town, we recommend mailing 3 months ahead of your wedding date.
