The Collection Suites are our most popular option for your wedding papers; work one-on-one with our Creative Director to customize your pieces through unlimited rounds of revisions and a wide selection of print finishes, papers, and colors.
Your pieces are shipped, on average, 3-7 weeks from the time you place your order. We recommend booking with us as soon as the details of your wedding are confirmed. For our current timelines, please click here.
Complete our quote questionnaire so that we can create a custom proposal with your order quantity, paper(s), print method(s), and add-on(s). We are also available, by appointment, for phone consultations.
Depending on your questionnaire responses and total budget, we will provide multiple quotes to fit your needs. You can then select any add-ons (such as wax seals or digital guest addressing) to add to your proposal. Click here to watch a video on our ordering process.
Within your personalized proposal, you can accept your quote. You will then be prompted to sign your contract and make a payment of a 50% retainer to book your design service with the remainder due before your customized pieces are sent to print.
After completing your contract/payment, we will confirm your order and send a questionnaire to receive your Collection choice, wording, and color palette before we begin your design. If you would like assistance with your Collection choice, colors, and customizations, you may book a phone consultation.
3-5 business days after receiving your selections, we will send a digital proof via email containing a PDF of your design, and some suggested options for postage stamps. You will have one opportunity to change your Collection choice, or combine choices. Click here to view an example of our design proofs.
2-3 business days after receiving your feedback, you will receive a revised proof. Your purchase includes unlimited revisions to your wording or color (ink, paper, envelope, add-on) choices to ensure you are completely happy before we send your pieces to print.
After everything is designed to perfection, we will send an Approval to Print Agreement for you to give us permission to send your pieces into production. Depending on assembly, paper, and print method, production can take 2-5 weeks, on average, before our pieces are shipped from our studio to your hands.
After receiving your Approval to Print, we get to work coordinating all aspects of producing your pieces to our highest standard. Depending on your selected add-ons, we will address, assemble, and stamp your suites for you.
We box your pieces with care, and ship them straight to you. If you ordered your suites addressed and with postage, all you'll have to do is take your box to the post office to mail your suites. We'll even give you instructions on what to say to the post office when you're mailing them!
Now that you've set the tone for your wedding with your save-the-dates and invitation suites, we can start talking about how to carry it through your day-of pieces. We can book a consultation by phone to discuss whether you will need place cards, escort cards, signage, menus, programs, etc. and we'll begin the proposal and design process to make sure all pieces of your wedding are cohesive.
